1. The telecommunications services representative logs in to the Balady Portal.
2. Select the Telecommunication Tower Operation License Renewal service.
3. Select the authorized entity.
4. The system displays a list of the entity’s licenses along with their status (Valid – Expired – Near Expiry), or the license details can be entered if they are not available in the system.
5. Select the license to be renewed.
6. Assign an engineering office.
7. The engineering office completes the required data and uploads the technical report.
8. The request is sent to the Municipality/Amanah for approval and verification of any violations.
9. A SADAD invoice number is issued after the request is approved.
10. After payment of the fees, the telecommunication tower operation license is renewed and can be printed.
1. The telecommunications tower operation license must be expired or about to expire.
2. Contracting with an approved engineering office.
3. Payment of the service fees and any applicable violation fees.
