An automated electronic service available on the Balady Portal, enabling the issuance of a Building Compliance Certificate, which confirms that a building meets the Ministry’s approved regulations to minimize visual distortion in commercial and residential buildings and enhance urban aesthetics in cities. The certificate is issued proactively after the Occupancy Certificate is granted, without the need to visit the authority.

Privacy and Terms of Use

Log in to the Balady Portal.
Access the Building Compliance Certificate Issuance Service.
Enter the Building Permit or Ownership Document details and complete all required information in the application form.
Acknowledge compliance with the evaluation criteria specified in the Building Compliance Certificate Guide.
The municipality will schedule a visit to verify the submitted information.
The municipality/secretariat approves the application.
The Building Compliance Certificate is issued.

Valid Building Permit or Property Ownership Document.
Submission via the Balady Portal (either by the beneficiary or through an authorized engineering office).
Approval from the municipality or secretariat.
