Part One: Applying for the Service as an Individual Worker
- Log in to the Balady Platform and navigate to the Dashboard.
From the Dashboard, select the user role, then proceed to:
Requests → Submit New Request → Craft Licenses → Craft License Issuance Service.
- The Balady system will verify that the worker has passed the professional examination through its integration with the Qiwa Platform.
- Once all requirements are met, the Craft License will be issued electronically and instantly, and the user will be able to print it.
Part Two: Applying for the Service as an Establishment Representative
- Log in to the Balady Platform and navigate to the Dashboard.
From the Dashboard, select the establishment, then proceed to:
Requests → Submit New Request → Craft Licenses → Craft License Issuance Service.
- Enter the worker's details for whom the license is being issued:
- Residence ID Number (Iqama ID)
- Date of Birth
- The Balady system will verify that the worker has passed the professional examination through its integration with the Qiwa Platform.
- Once all requirements are met, the Craft License will be issued electronically and instantly, and the user will be able to print it.
A valid commercial registration if the applicant is an establishment
Availability of worker data on the Qiwa platform
Provision of a professional accreditation certificate / professional inspection certificate for the beneficiary (worker / labor))
Review the list of regulatory requirements and governmental approvals based on the business type.
Individuals (Craft Workers).
