How is the medical examination result verified before issuing the health certificate?

The worker undergoes a medical examination at a certified medical center. The medical center updates the medical examination status on the Sehha platform. Through integration between Balady and Sehha, the health status is updated as Fit or Unfit.

Can a beneficiary cancel a health certificate?

Yes, the client can cancel their own health certificate via the Balady platform. The establishment owner or an authorized representative can cancel a non-Saudi worker’s health certificate.

How can I verify the validity of a health certificate?

The validity of a health certificate can be verified by: 1. Scanning the QR code printed on the certificate, which will retrieve the certificate information via the Balady platform. 2. Logging into the Balady platform and selecting the Health Certificate Status Inquiry service, then using search filters such as (National ID / Iqama / Border Number and ID Type) or Health Certificate Number to verify its status.

Can a transaction for a specific service started through the portal be saved and accessed later?

Yes, there is a "Save as Draft" feature when applying for any service on the Balady platform. Draft requests can be accessed later through the "My Requests" page or the "Control Panel" in the beneficiary's profile.

Can the beneficiary track or receive notifications about the stages of the "specialized services" request?

Yes, request status can be tracked by accessing the Balady platform, navigating to the "Control Panel," and clicking on the "Information You May Be Interested In" icon.
