It is a service that allows the contractor to apply through the Balady platform for the issuance of an insurance policy against hidden defects in buildings via a survey report or building permit, and the application is sent to the insurance company to complete the issuance of the policy.

An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to track requests for changing the supervising office and contractor, view request statuses, and check details without the need to visit the relevant authority.

An automated electronic service available on the Balady Portal, enabling the issuance of a Building Compliance Certificate, which confirms that a building meets the Ministry’s approved regulations to minimize visual distortion in commercial and residential buildings and enhance urban aesthetics in cities. The certificate is issued proactively after the Occupancy Certificate is granted, without the need to visit the authority.

An electronic service that allows users to submit a request to issue a building permit or a fencing permit.

An electronic service available on the Balady Portal that allows beneficiaries to view a map of Saudi Arabia highlighting Phase 1 areas where vacant land must be fenced. The service enables users to search for designated vacant lands, select them, and initiate the fencing process directly from the map. The Phase 1 areas include the major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Dammam Metropolitan Area, without the need to visit the authority.
