Commercial licenses

A proactive electronic service provided through the Balady platform, allowing commercial license owners or authorized representatives to obtain self-service machine permits either inside or outside the premises, depending on the business activity of the commercial license, without the need to visit the authority.
Once the commercial license is canceled, all permits linked to the license will be automatically revoked.

Through this service, an objection request can be submitted to review and identify the correct owner without the need for in-person visits to the relevant authority.

These advertisements can be displayed on the storefront or front glass for a specified duration. Users can select the advertisement board type (Discounts/New Product/Store Service) without the need to visit any authority.
Once the commercial license is canceled, any associated permits will be automatically revoked.

Electronic service offered on the Baladi platform for transferring commercial license ownership. This service allows the old owner to submit a request to transfer the ownership of their commercial license to a new owner, covering various activities, including but not limited to: (Business licenses, Environmental licenses, Industrial company licenses, Medical company licenses, Food company licenses, Tourism company licenses, Professional institution licenses, etc.), without the need to visit the relevant authority.
After completing the request for transferring the ownership of the commercial license, any unauthorized permits will be proactively canceled by the new owner.

This electronic service provided on the Balady platform allows business owners to correct and update the details of their commercial licenses and submit them to the relevant municipality for approval. This can be done without the need to visit the municipality office or the local governance authority.

A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform allows beneficiaries to submit a request to provide valet parking service at multiple locations. A valid commercial license with the activity (Vehicle Parking Service) is required, and more than one permit request can be submitted under the same license without the need to visit the authority.
After canceling the commercial license, all permits associated with the license will be automatically revoked.
