Commercial licenses

This electronic service available on the Balady platform enables the previous owner to submit a request to transfer ownership of their commercial license to another owner. This applies to various business activities, including but not limited to: business licenses, environmental licenses, industrial company licenses, medical company licenses, food company licenses, tourism company licenses, and professional institution licenses.
After completing the request for transferring the ownership of the commercial license, any unauthorized permits will be proactively canceled by the new owner.

An electronic service provided in my platform through which you can start to practice business through the issuance of a commercial activity license, in addition to the safety permit issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense for some commercial activities approved by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the fast track aims to provide a exceptional experience in the stage of issuing licenses through partnership with engineering offices designated and approved for commercial license services, without the need to visit the municipality.

This service allows you to renew your commercial license, and you can also renew it with modifications to the license data. There are two types of renewal: instant and non-instant, depending on the activity and the location of your establishment, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

This electronic service is available on the Balady platform, allowing users to modify their commercial license for various activities, including but not limited to business licenses, environmental licenses, industrial company licenses, medical company licenses, food company licenses, tourism company licenses, and professional institution licenses. The modifications may include: (Increasing the store area, Changing the commercial activity, Other adjustments), without requiring a visit to the relevant authority.
After completing the modification of the commercial license, any permits that no longer align with the updated activity will be automatically canceled.

An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows users to commence commercial activities by issuing a Commercial License, along with a Safety Permit issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense for all commercial activities approved by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, without the need to visit the authority.

An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to submit a request to add an old commercial activity license that is not available in the Balady system. The request is then sent to the municipality for approval as a valid commercial license, enabling the beneficiary to access Balady services without the need to visit the relevant authority.

An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection for a suspended commercial license due to various reasons. Through this service, the beneficiary can submit an objection request to the municipality. Once approved, the beneficiary can resume utilizing Baladi's electronic services without needing to visit the municipality in person.

This proactive e-service on the Balady platform allows businesses to expand their commercial activities by temporarily renting the sidewalk in front of their establishment. The permit is linked to the establishment's commercial license, eliminating the need to visit the relevant authority.
Upon cancellation of the commercial license, any related sidewalk occupancy permits will also be automatically canceled.

An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection to the cancellation fee invoice issued with an automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request made by the beneficiary. The service enables the beneficiary to specify the disputed items, provide a reason for the objection, and attach relevant documents without needing to visit the municipality.
The objection request is sent to the Objection Review Committee, which has the following options: (Reject the request, Partially accept the request, Fully accept the request).

This is a proactive online service provided through the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to cancel a Tobacco Products Sales Permit before its expiration without the need to visit the authority.
Once the commercial license is canceled, all related permits will be automatically revoked.

A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing users to obtain a seasonal permit for temporary market stalls during specific seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj, spring season, etc.) as designated by the municipality or sub-municipality, without the need for in-person visits. Once a commercial license is canceled, all related permits will be automatically canceled as well.

A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform allows beneficiaries to submit a request to provide valet parking service at multiple locations. A valid commercial license with the activity (Vehicle Parking Service) is required, and more than one permit request can be submitted under the same license without the need to visit the authority.
After canceling the commercial license, all permits associated with the license will be automatically revoked.
