The outcome is a certified coordination report, facilitating the later issuance of Previously Coordinated Excavation Permits without the need to visit the authority.
General Inquiry Service
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to submit inquiries about municipal sector services through available channels (Balady app/portal or call center). The inquiries are reviewed and responded to by the relevant department at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, with the option of escalation to the Ministry’s agency or customer service department if needed, without the need to visit the authority.
Health Certificate Cancellation
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows for the cancellation of health certificates for workers in public health-related activities without the need to visit the authority.
Household Contract Services
A service that enables waste transporters to carry out waste collection activities within municipalities for the residential sector. This includes creating contracts, defining operational plans and routes, and viewing reports and violations related to household waste
