- The service provider representative logs into the Furas system.
- Click on the "Telecommunications Towers" icon.
- Select "Manage Licenses".
- Click on "Issuance of a Telecommunications Tower Establishment and Operation License".
- Specify that the tower is already existing.
- The system issues the license for the tower, applying the required fees retroactively in accordance with regulations and legal provisions.
Approval from the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) for the establishment of the tower.
Compliance with the municipal violations and penalties list as per the regulations.
