An electronic service provided through the "Balady" platform, designed to assist restaurant and café owners (and similar establishments) who wish to disclose the sale of tobacco products. The platform enables the payment of monthly amounts collected from sales directly to the Disclosure Administration, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Transferring the Ownership of a Commercial License
Electronic service offered on the Baladi platform for transferring commercial license ownership. This service allows the old owner to submit a request to transfer the ownership of their commercial license to a new owner, covering various activities, including but not limited to: (Business licenses, Environmental licenses, Industrial company licenses, Medical company licenses, Food company licenses, Tourism company licenses, Professional institution licenses, etc.), without the need to visit the relevant authority.
After completing the request for transferring the ownership of the commercial license, any unauthorized permits will be proactively canceled by the new owner.

Unscheduled Project Coordination Request
An electronic service available on the Balady Platform, designed for government and private sector entities across the Kingdom, allowing them to submit Unscheduled Project Coordination Requests at any time of the year through the Balady Portal. The request undergoes a coordination and approval cycle, and upon approval by the Coordination Office, it is forwarded to the Mayor for final approval or rejection. If approved, the project is added to the project plan, and an approved Coordination Report is issued, which serves as a requirement for obtaining a construction permit. This service is provided electronically without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.
Update of Classification Certificate
An electronic service available on the Balady platform allows beneficiaries to update the owner's name and establishment name on the classification certificate. Additionally, activities can be updated exclusively within the previously classified fields, without the need to visit the authority.
Updating a Commercial Activity License
This electronic service provided on the Balady platform allows business owners to correct and update the details of their commercial licenses and submit them to the relevant municipality for approval. This can be done without the need to visit the municipality office or the local governance authority.
Urban Maps
An electronic service available on the Balady Platform, providing a governmental digital map that consolidates all geospatial data on a single platform. It covers all urban data across Saudi cities, displaying detailed road networks, land use classifications, land categories, plot sizes, and building regulations. The service integrates data from various government entities, allowing users to view locations such as schools, mosques, restaurants, banks, hospitals, and other services, without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.
Vacant Land Fencing Permit Issuance Service
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows individuals, government entities, engineering offices, and establishments to apply for a Vacant Land Fencing Permit without the need to visit the relevant authority
Vehicle Parking Permit Service
A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform allows beneficiaries to submit a request to provide valet parking service at multiple locations. A valid commercial license with the activity (Vehicle Parking Service) is required, and more than one permit request can be submitted under the same license without the need to visit the authority.

Viewing Assessment Criteria
An electronic service available on the Balady Platform, enabling license holders or their representatives to assess their establishment’s compliance with activity-specific requirements. This is done by comparing inspection checklist items with the current status of the establishment, aiming to raise awareness about compliance requirements and improve compliance rates for commercial licenses without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.
Virtual Municipality
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, enabling users to conduct a virtual visit by connecting with a customer service representative through a video call. The service includes the ability to upload required documents directly during the session and share the screen with the specialist to facilitate the process without the need to visit service centers.
