Objection to Cancellation Fees
An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection to the cancellation fee invoice issued with an automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request made by the beneficiary. The service enables the beneficiary to specify the disputed items, provide a reason for the objection, and attach relevant documents without needing to visit the municipality.

Objection to License Expiry Due to Technical Issues
An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform for beneficiaries who wish to renew their commercial license but encounter a technical issue in the Baladi system that results in the expiration of the license. Through this service, the beneficiary can submit an objection request. Upon verification by the relevant team, the license renewal will be allowed without the imposition of penalty fees, and there will be no need for an in-person visit to the municipality.
Objection to Suspension of a Commercial License
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection for a suspended commercial license due to various reasons. Through this service, the beneficiary can submit an objection request to the municipality. Once approved, the beneficiary can resume utilizing Baladi's electronic services without needing to visit the municipality in person.
Online Instrument Update
It is a service that aims to enable the owner of the electronic real estate deed within the approved schemes to link the electronic deed to the real estate identity without the need to visit the Municipality, the affiliated municipality or the Ministry of Justice through the electronic link with the Ministry of Justice.
Operational Plans Service
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing waste transporters to create trips and operational plans to manage waste collection and transportation for active waste management contracts without the need for an in-person visit.
Permissions & Settings
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, enabling service and coordination entities to assign multiple representatives, each with a distinct role, without the need to visit the authority.
Permit for Providing Tobacco Products
An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform to issue a tobacco product provision permit for a valid commercial license. This service is available to licensed establishments for certain business activities that are permitted to offer tobacco products without the need to visit the relevant authority.
Points Program to Improve classification
Receiving and maintaining all evaluations of establishments that result in positive or negative points to apply their impact on the classification certificate of city service providers, which leads to raising the commitment of establishments and avoiding committing violations that may affect them later.
Preliminary Approval Service
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that facilitates the approval of private land subdivision plans within urban boundaries, without the need to visit the authority.
Project Coordination Report Cancellation Request
An electronic service available on the Balady Platform for government and private sector entities across the Kingdom that hold an approved but unused Project Coordination Report. This service allows eligible entities to submit a Project Coordination Report Cancellation Request through the Balady Portal, including the reason for cancellation. The request undergoes a coordination and approval cycle, and upon acceptance by the Coordination Office, the report is canceled, and the project site is made available to other entities. Additionally, the Coordination Office and the system may automatically cancel a Project Coordination Report if the project does not start within the scheduled timeframe or if a construction permit associated with the report is not issued. This service is provided electronically, without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.
