The modifications may include: (Increasing the store area, Changing the commercial activity, Other adjustments), without requiring a visit to the relevant authority.
After completing the modification of the commercial license, any permits that no longer align with the updated activity will be automatically canceled.

This service allows for the renewal of multiple licenses associated with an establishment's record in a single request, without the need to visit the relevant authority.
Non-Food Mobile Cart Permit
A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform allows business owners to expand their commercial activities by issuing permits for non-food carts linked to registered licenses of the establishment. These carts provide the establishment's services outside the store and in multiple locations. This service is also available for limited activities such as car washing services, without the need to visit the authority.

Objection to Cancellation Fees
An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection to the cancellation fee invoice issued with an automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request made by the beneficiary. The service enables the beneficiary to specify the disputed items, provide a reason for the objection, and attach relevant documents without needing to visit the municipality.

Through this service, the beneficiary can submit an objection request. Upon verification by the relevant team, the license renewal will be allowed without the imposition of penalty fees, and there will be no need for an in-person visit to the municipality.
Objection to Suspension of a Commercial License
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection for a suspended commercial license due to various reasons. Through this service, the beneficiary can submit an objection request to the municipality. Once approved, the beneficiary can resume utilizing Baladi's electronic services without needing to visit the municipality in person.
Permit for Providing Tobacco Products
An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform to issue a tobacco product provision permit for a valid commercial license. This service is available to licensed establishments for certain business activities that are permitted to offer tobacco products without the need to visit the relevant authority.

This service allows you to renew your commercial license, and you can also renew it with modifications to the license data. There are two types of renewal: instant and non-instant, depending on the activity and the location of your establishment, without the need to visit the relevant authority.
Sacrificial Slaughter Permit Service
A proactive electronic service provided through the Balady platform that allows the owner, commercial registration manager, or an authorized representative to apply for an Sacrificial Slaughter Permit Service, provided that the necessary conditions are met. The application can only be submitted during the designated period, and the permit is issued free of charge for four days only. The permit can be printed via the My Requests service without the need to visit the municipality.

Seasonal Permits Service
A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing users to obtain a seasonal permit for temporary market stalls during specific seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj, spring season, etc.) as designated by the municipality or sub-municipality, without the need for in-person visits. Once a commercial license is canceled, all related permits will be automatically canceled as well.
