Conditions:

1. Selection of a Certified Engineering Office registered with the Ministry via the Balady Portal.
2. Review and Approval of the Permit Application by the Municipality.
3. Approval from External Authorities (if required by the type of project).
4. Selection of a Certified Construction Contractor registered with the Ministry via the Balady Portal.
5. Latent Defects Insurance, issued by the contractor through an accredited insurance provider.
