Policy on the Use of Open Data

• ينبغي على زوار والمستفيدين من البوابة الإلكترونية الخاصة بوزارة البلديات والإسكان وخدماتها الاطلاع على سياسة استخدام تلك البيانات لمعرفة أي تحديثات تتم عليها، ومعرفة أن كل البيانات المفتوحة المتوافرة على البوابة الإلكترونية للوزارة توعوية.
• قراءة السياسة أو استخدام البيانات المفتوحة في البوابة الإلكترونية هو إقرار من المستخدم بالالتزام بأحكام وشروط سياسة إعادة استخدام البيانات المفتوحة.
• تتيح الوزارة لمستخدمي البوابة الاطلاع على البيانات المفتوحة، كما أن لهم الحق في استخدام هذه البيانات على مسؤوليتهم الشخصية، وهذا الحق مكفول لكافة المستفيدين مجانًـا.
• يكون مستخدم البيانات المفتوحة مسؤولًا عن إعادة استخدام البيانات في البوابة الإلكترونية للوزارة، ولا يجب أن ينتج عن إعادة استخدام هذه البيانات أي أخطاء تتعلق بمحتوى البيانات ومصدرها وتاريخها.

The Ministry does not guarantee the continued availability of this data in whole or in part. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing:

• Is not responsible for any errors or missing data in the open data.
• Is not responsible for intellectual products, studies, or reports based on this data.
• Is not responsible for any damage or misuse experienced by any entity, individual, or any organization as a result of using the published data.
• The Ministry also does not bear any responsibility toward users of this data and any damage or loss they may incur due to its reuse.

• The user should not distort the open data published on the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's digital portal.
• Open data published on the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's digital portal should not be used for political purposes or to support unlawful or criminal activity or in racist or discriminatory comments or incitement or negative influence on culture or equality or instigation or any irregular activity or activity contrary to the Kingdom's customs and traditions.
• Reference should be made to the source of information that has been reused by placing a link to the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's digital portal to preserve the intellectual property of the data and its credibility and the accuracy of its sources.
• Reusing open data on the Ministry's digital portal is the responsibility of the user, with the necessity of avoiding any errors when reusing this data related to the content of the data, its source, and its date.
• It is not permissible to use the data in a way that suggests the user is an official entity or that they have been licensed to publish that data specifically.
• Reading the policy or using open data on the digital portal is an acknowledgment by the user of their commitment to the provisions and conditions of the open data reuse policy.
