Inquiry Service for Vacant Land Fencing
An electronic service available on the Balady Portal that allows beneficiaries to view a map of Saudi Arabia highlighting Phase 1 areas where vacant land must be fenced. The service enables users to search for designated vacant lands, select them, and initiate the fencing process directly from the map. The Phase 1 areas include the major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Dammam Metropolitan Area, without the need to visit the authority.
Instant Approval Service
The Instant Approval service is an electronic service available on the Balady platform, enabling users to issue a Classification Certificate with an Approval Grade. This certificate allows beneficiaries to obtain municipal licenses but does not qualify them to participate in government tenders, eliminating the need for in-person visits to the issuing authority.
Interactive Map
An electronic service available on the Balady Portal, allowing government entities and private sector organizations across the Kingdom to view requests and reports related to projects of all types through an interactive map. The service enables users to visualize spatial and temporal conflicts by using various search filters and adjusting the time frame directly on the interactive map, without the need to visit the authority.

An electronic service available on the Balady Platform that allows users to view authorized (or requested) excavation routes via an interactive map. Users can apply various search filters and color-code routes based on specific criteria, depending on their authorization level. Users can also access detailed technical data for any route by clicking on it on the map.
Investment in Collective Housing
An informational electronic service available on the Balady platform, providing insights into what collective housing is and how to invest in it. The service also allows users to access the World Bank study on the topic without the need to visit the authority.
Issuance of a Building Component Occupancy Certificate
