4- Applying highest international standards in exchanging practical expertise between the two ministries regarding allocation, investment, and non-oil revenue development.
5- Applying highest international standards in exchanging practical expertise regarding road safety to ensure human safety and road asset protection.
6- Managing and operating the road network at the highest efficiency level to ensure monitoring and safety of road users and preservation of both ministries' assets.
7- Addressing visual distortions and improving the urban landscape within both ministries' jurisdiction.
8- Implementing the Saudi Roads Code and establishing technical evaluation standards for road contractors.
