يجب على المكتب الهندسي تعبئة كل تقرير من تقارير مراحل متابعة تنفيذ أعمال الحفر فور اشعاره ببدء المرحلة، ويجب تعبئة تقارير كافة المراحل الأربعة قبل تقديم طلب شهادة إتمام الأعمال.
