حالياً تم إلغاء الغرامة المتعلقة بخدمتي عدم تجديد أو إلغاء الشهادة الصحية بعد انتهاء مدة صلاحيتها، في حال استمرار العامل في العمل لدى منشآت الغذاء والصحة العامة تقع عليه مخالفة عدم تجديد الشهادة الصحية في هذه الحالة هي 1000 ريال.
