بعد انتهاء المدة التصحيحية يتم إيقاع مخالفة على المالك ويمنح فترة تصحيحية شهر وفي حالة استمرار المخالفة يتم إيقاع غرامة مالية تتراوح بين 1000- 5000 ريال.
