إذا كان المبنى في المنطقة المحددة في المرحلة الأولى فيتم تطبيق غرامة مالية بحسب جدول الجزاءات عن المخالفات البلدية في حال عدم إصدار شهادة امتثال للمبنى بعد انتهاء المهلة التصحيحية، حيث تتراوح قيمة المخالفة بين 1000 إلى 5000 ريال حسب تصنيف المخالفة.
