يجب رفع طلب تعديل إفصاح، متضمن المبلغ المراد التعديل به و ملف الإفصاح الصحيح، و عند موافقة مدير المشروع في الأمانة يتم التعديل على الإفصاح أو يتم الرفض و يبقى الإفصاح القديم.
