من خلال منصة بلدي، ثم منصة رسوم تقديم منتجات التبغ، من خلال أيقونة إدارة المنشآت ثم من الإجراءات اختيار حالات الإفصاحات ثم اختيار الشهر المراد الإفصاح عنه ثم رفع الإفصاح و إدخال مجموع المبيعات بدون أي رسوم أو ضرائب (بدون رسم التبغ أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة) و إرفاق تقرير المبيعات المجمع الذي تم إصداره من النظام المحاسبي الخاص بالمنشأة.
