نعم يشترط موافقة الأمين لاعتماد اصدار تقرير تنسيق المشروع الغير مجدول بحسب الاعدادات بالأمانة و يتم ذلك بعد موافقة الجهات المعنية و مكتب تنسيق المشروعات بالأمانة .
