هي خدمة تتيح لممثل الجهة سواء كانت جهة حكومية أو جهة خاصة، تقديم طلب تسجيل مشروع طارئ من خلال بوابة بلدي، و يشترط موافقة مقدم الطلب على صيانة حرم المشروع ويمر هذا الطلب بدورة تنسيق واعتماد(خاصة) ذات مسار سريع، ويتم إصدار تقرير تنسيق معتمد في حال موافقة الجهات ومعالي الأمين.
