غير مسموح بذلك حاليًا ويشترط أن تكون أعمال الحفر المتزامنة للجهات الخدمية المختلفة بينها حد فاصل جغرافي كمسافة فصل على الأقل 30 متر. ولن يسمح بإصدار تصريحي حفر لجهتين مختلفتين إذا كانت أعمال الحفر متزامنة ومتقاربة أو متزامنة ومتداخلة.
