يكون توثيق المنشأة من خلال بوابة بلدي، وبعد الدخول على المنصة اختيار أيقونة إدارة المنشآت، ثم أيقونة الإجراءات ثم أيقونة تعديل وبعدها يتم إضافة بيانات المنشأة لتوثيقها والإقرار على صحة البيانات المدخلة.
