نعم يتطلب الموافقة من الإمارة، علمًــا أنه يجب على ذوي المتوفى التقديم على الخدمة من موقع الإمارة URL وتم التكامل إلكترونيًــا بين الإمارة ومنصة بلدي للتحقق من موافقة الإمارة دون الحاجة إلى تقديم موافقة يدوية.
