Requirements for the Providing Home Services Permit

The license must be valid for at least 6 months.
The license required for the permit must be a commercial store license.
The activity of the license should allow for a Home Services Permit.
The maximum number of active permits for the license has not been exceeded.
Notes/Warnings:
The same worker cannot be added to more than one active Home Services Permit.
You can add multiple workers' details in a single permit request.
The permit can be printed once the request is approved by the municipality.
