Service conditions and requirements

1- The building must be ready for occupancy and structurally complete in terms of internal and external finishes.
2. The building should be structurally separated from the rest of the project's components.
3. The building must be one of the buildings in the building permit.
4- The use of the building should be commercial and overlooking a commercial street 
5- The building should be separated from the rest of the project by a temporary fence. 
6. No construction violations.
7- The number of parking spaces allocated to the building for which a certificate of occupancy is to be issued must be provided
