3. The building must be one of the buildings in the building permit.
4- The use of the building should be commercial and overlooking a commercial street
5- The building should be separated from the rest of the project by a temporary fence.
6. No construction violations.
7- The number of parking spaces allocated to the building for which a certificate of occupancy is to be issued must be provided
