نعم يوجد رسوم إلغاء قيمتها 20 ريال في حال كانت الرخصة سارية وإذا كانت الرخصة منتهية فإن الرسوم تكون قيمتها نفس قيمة رسوم التجديد بالإضافة لغرامة التأخير.
