عند إصدار فاتورة الرسوم يتم إرسال رقم فاتورة السداد ورقم المُفوتر الخاص بوزارة البلديات والإسكان إلى البريد الخاص بمقدم الطلب. بعد ذلك يقوم مقدم الطلب باستخدام نظام "سداد للمدفوعات" لسداد قيمة الرسوم عن طريق أي من البنوك المعتمدة داخل المملكة. وسيتم لاحقًا إضافة طرق أخرى للدفع.
