- The service entity must:
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Traffic Control at Work Sites and its Updates) Guide issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Traffic Control at Work Sites and its Updates) Guide issued by the Ministry of Transport.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (General Specifications for Civil Works in Public Utility Projects) Guide issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in 1440.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Road Section) Guide and its updates issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Street and Square Lighting) Guide and its updates issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
Notes / Warnings
- Emergency excavation permit with specific objectives for urgent civil works carried out by service entities to repair a sudden malfunction resulting from (subsidence of the ground or interruption of an electrical or telephone cable, or a break in water, sewage or gas lines) in which the excavation area is limited and according to specific and strict controls. - Emergency excavation closure works are carried out using the same mechanism and specifications followed in regular excavation, including backfilling, compaction and asphalt, as well as implementing and approving the necessary technical tests, without the need to amend the emergency license to a regular one.
