Those who wish to submit their report must comply with the following:
- The reported incident must be a suspicion of one of the corruption crimes mentioned in Article 22 of the Law Establishing the Public Authority for Combating Corruption and the provisions for financial disclosure.
- The whistleblower shall be subject to the provisions of Article 2 of the aforementioned Law.
- Attach to the communication all serious evidence proving his belief in the validity of the incident in question.
