The applicant's details are displayed for review.
Enter the project details.
Attach or draw the work paths.
Enter the work plan details.
Enter the work team details (Supervisor / Consultant / Contractor).
Upload the required attachments.
Acknowledge acceptance of the terms.
Submit the application for approval.
The application can be tracked through the My Applications service.
After the application is approved, the fees are paid, and the application status becomes: (Permit Issued).
To print the permit, search by the permit number in the (Excavation Permits) list.
Registration of the Entity Representatives at the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office and electronic linking of authorizations.
Registration of the work team at the Coordination Offices within the Municipalities (Classified Contractors / Consultants / Supervisors).
Before adding the work team to the application, the following must be fulfilled:
Valid commercial registrations for the contractors and consultants throughout the duration of the works.
Valid City Service Providers Classification Certificate for the contractors and consultants.
Internal qualification of the contractors and consultants with the Municipality within the scope of work.
Signing of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
Preparation of the geographic plans for the work paths (Shape File).
Preparation of the on-site Safety and Security Plan in accordance with the Traffic Control Devices Manual.
Preparation of the Traffic Control Plan when street closure is required, in accordance with the approved manual.
Submission of the application sufficiently in advance of the execution date to allow for coordination and approvals.
Review of the application and verification of data accuracy before submission.
