Building Connection Excavation Permit Request
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, designed for service providers across the Kingdom, such as telecommunications, electricity, and water companies. It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to submit a request for a new type of excavation permit (Building Connection Excavation Permit). The request undergoes a rapid coordination and approval process, after which the permit is issued, excavation work is executed, and the excavation is closed, without the need to visit the authority.
Issue Roads Work Permit Application
The Roads Work Permit service is one of the Infrastructure Works Coordination Services. It enables the Entity Representative to apply for the issuance of a Roads Work Permit within a defined spatial and temporal scope, through coordination with the relevant authorities and their approval, followed by payment of the fees and issuance of the permit. It covers Road Construction Works and Road Maintenance Works. After the permit is closed, the Maintained Streets Protection Procedures are applied to the affected roads within the permit scope, in accordance with the approved durations and controls.
Issue Sidewalks Work Permit Application
The Sidewalks Work Permit service is one of the Infrastructure Works Coordination Services. It enables the Entity Representative to apply for a permit to carry out sidewalks works within a defined spatial and temporal scope, through coordination with the relevant authorities and their approval, followed by payment of the fees and issuance of the permit. It covers four categories: Sidewalk Construction, Sidewalk Maintenance, Sidewalk Pedestrianization, and Stone Paving.
Future Project Coordination Request
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, designed for service providers across the Kingdom, such as telecommunications, electricity, and water companies. It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to submit a request for coordinating a future project that includes multiple excavation sites. The request must specify the exact excavation paths and undergoes a lengthy coordination and approval process to ensure full alignment among all relevant entities. The outcome is a certified coordination report, facilitating the later issuance of Previously Coordinated Excavation Permits without the need to visit the authority.
Request for Multiple Excavation Coordination
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform, available to service providers across the Kingdom, including telecommunications, electricity, and water companies. It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to submit a request for coordinating multiple excavation projects within urban areas. This coordination ensures alignment with other entities before issuing excavation permits (pre-coordinated excavation permits) without the need to visit the authority.
Once a multiple excavation coordination request is completed, a request for a previously coordinated excavation permit will be issued automatically.

It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to apply for a permit for a previously coordinated excavation (with a prior coordination report) to deliver public utility services, without the need to visit the authority.
