1- Supporting MOMAH in meeting land requirements to support housing projects and achieve targets.
2- Inventorying state-owned properties under municipal sector control, verifying ownership, preparing necessary survey submissions, and issuing title deeds for the benefit of the municipal sector.
3- Raising coordination levels in joint committees and working groups through approved governance frameworks to ensure quality, effectiveness, and speed in executing and approving joint outputs.
4- Documenting transactions on government properties, such as transferring allocations between government entities, amendments, adding rights and obligations, and other applicable real estate actions.
5- Technical integration between SPGA's relevant platforms and the Real Estate Registry platform to facilitate, accelerate, and automate government property registration.
6- Ensuring unified content, information, and joint planning for shared media campaigns.
